It's being modelled by an NPC called Dender just outside Narmle SP.

Hahah I found it uhhh her uhhh him? Well 50meters more or less east of the entrance of the starport....And boy that camo IS effectivea black cube with a question mark on it.....hmm no one would suspect that....

Hehe, that's been there since pre-CU. Guess they don't really look at the bug reports, or maybe just mine.
