Thread: Is it possible to implement Dual Pre-Reqs for Ranger ? One for ranged, one for melee?

As a carbineer I'm biased but I feel for the melee rangers. So why couldn't the devs implement a secondary set of pre-reqs for the melee ranger. IT would still require 2 novice boxes, but make one of them 2hand 4 or something like that. Then still keep marksman 0040. I dont want to see it go to ranged support because that would just add too much fire power to BH.

Well.... since they've actually said they are planning carbines4 and exploration4 that means they see no problems with sharing one line of commonality between ranger and BH. That being the case, it makes much more sense to do ranged support 4 and trapping 4. Still hurts for melee rangers but at least it doesn't hurt the non-carbine marksmen as much. The consolation might be that the melee could more easily pick up CM since they already would have the ranged support wrapped up.
