Last time I checked (several weeks ago) I was able to get an entertainer inspiration buff in my camp. I don't think this is an issue unless it has been bugged in a recent publish.

Yes, on Ahazi we have a J3D3Y3 with an entertainer alt who drops her camp right outside the Rryatt trails entrance on Kash for inspiring all the J3D3Y3 before they go AFK grind on the trail.
