Hello, I've been told that Rangers can see through the Examine radial, a creatures special attacks just like a master scout can see CL. Do Rangers get this at novice? Do they get any other added info when examining creatures at any point? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

you get them as you go up your tracking skill branch though don't remember when (i think it might be special 1 at 1, and special 2 at 3)
