So tonight I'm in our City Hall, a friend stops in, we talk, he's running 3km across open Corellia to get home so I apply a fancy schmancy Corellian Camo Kit to him. We're ungrouped and in fact I hadn't been grouped the whole nice.

1 minute later, I get spammed with 'you have gained ## scouting XP'. I'm standing in City Hall. There's no mobs around and haven't been for hours. Plus, I'm not Camo'd nor Mask Scented.

Did I just gain Usage XP from the Camo Kit?! Is this something that's common knowledge to everyone but me?
