It seems that there is some confusion of the use of the word "implement." Perhaps I am using it incorrectly. It seems to me that people are taking it to mean "coding." When I use it, I am simply saying we should say how we would like our idea to be manifested in the game. I.e. The way a change in harvesting could be implemented would be to increase the skill mod. Chime in if you feel it necessary .
