Thread: What changes are coming to Ranger

Can someone please tell me what changes, abilities, adjustments or new direction the Ranger profession might be getting? I have two char heading toward Master Ranger and am in the process of making a Ranger guild. Any info I can gather here will be helpful in writing the guild by-laws. Thanks

If you find out anything, please feel free to let us all know. Because as far as I am aware, no one knows When, How, or What changes ranger will be getting. Supposedly we are going to be getting "something" in the combat balance(although I imagine its probably just being able to use traps on humans and/or pets) but beyond that there is no time table for major changes. So figure an serious revamp won't take place until after the SE which means likely not until 2005.

Sorry to say, but I dont think there is anything they can do to help Rangers now.
Ive been a MR on Intrepid for about 9 months now. Every patch seems to whittle away at any type of usefulness the Ranger had. Camps are no longer needed. Vehicles ruined Camo. Now droids make the harvesting bonus obsolete. Tracking will prolly be next.

No changes. I have given up hope. But oh, lets all rejoyce, we get to wear mando armor, who the &*%*^$ cares?
