Thread: quick question about peko peko's (not albatross)
I like the mountains near the middle of Naboo (Keren region) but you can also find quite a few in the river regions around Theed (and, really, all over the planet).

Lol, nice TH answer Lythender. 
Wish I could help you but my encounters with them have been rare and pretty evenly spread out, I have never spotted them near the ocean in the north (1 to 2k range from the beach landinwards) but now 3 other rangers will probably post they swear by that area as the best spot.
Best advice I can give you is to stay in well traveled regions so areatrack is more efficient or travel around on bike to force as many spawns as possible in the shortest amount of time. (you could open the areatrack selection window (players/people/creatures) a couple of times before stepping on your bike to track without the need of stepping off).

This I can comfirm, as our PA Hall was across the lake from the Lake Retreat. I've hunted both regular and giant in this area, and I've seen the Albatross here on occassion also. Another area I like is to the Southwest of Theed near the mountains.

That area (and actually the whole 'gallo mountains' spreading from east to west across Naboo) is very nice for finding Peko Pekos, as far as I can tell it's the only region where you can find peko peko nests. Those spawn quite a nice amount of giant's (8-10 if I remember correctly) and even more regulars.
