Or replace the Krayt with any other big baddie. This is probably a very bad non-functioning idea, but I wonder if this would work. The idea may have been proposed already, but hasn't caught my eye.
Lets take3 Rangerswithrifleman skillsand add in to mix a freshly spawned singular Krayt dragon.
The rangers form a triangle around the big baddie and attack on cue from max distance that the rifle allows. When the beast attacks one of them the rest spam rescue till the bulky leezard has a change of heart and charges one of the rescuers. The poor target would proceed to shoot the critter and the other two try to rescue him.
Would the Krayt dash from one attacker to the next being unable to make it's mind on who to eat first or is there some limitation to how rescue works? Is the level of the attacker taken into the calculation when using rescue? Does rescue have a max range?
Anyway, if it worked in theory 3 MR/RM (or 2 rangers and a rifleman)could take a Krayt without getting a scratch
Probably only would work on beasts with no ranged attack.

Works with anyone, not just Rangers. Better with 4 people, with ranged weapons. Box the creature, fire in succession, and the AI is confused. If it charges one, that person peaces and the opposites fire.
I have seen DJM stand in one spot and spin when this was done right.

Not that I condone this type of action, but does CM poison nullify this technique?

Don't know about CM stuff. CMs are the devil Bobby, the Devil.
We shun them. Not really, no one wants to be one is all.

Well, it's pretty much how we got folk to take out Mellichae when he first appeared. Y'can keep him running about in an area the size of a big camp, everyine hitting his mind.

There, that makes more sense.
