Hi. I made myself a "find resource filter" list at swg.craft, and when I was done, decided it might be useful to others, so here it is. What I do there is just click on the name of the resource and see if it's currently good on my server, the filter does all the work for me. You can make your own filter list using this guide.
The stats are what I think are the minimum profitable to hunt, although I am unsure just how low on milk, eggs, mollusks, and crustaceans that chefs and be's are willing to go stat-wise. At the bottom of this list I am including a list of non-quality resources and their buyers, and then a list of creatures that should be /loot as well as /harvest.

Oops non quality/endor wooley hide is architect only not tailor too.
