Thread: Melee Accuracy FS Quest and Rangers

Ok, one of the quests, for Melee accuracy I do believe, has the questor having to get from point A to point B in under an hour, with an NPC in tow. If you get too far ahead of the NPC, he bolts. No vehicles. No burst run. On Dath, gotta walk.
To make if more fun - you are randomly aggro'd by bad guys on your little sojourn.
Guess what? If the same bad guys on Dathomir are as freaking stupid as the ones I fooled on Endor...
Camoflage works on the Sith Shadow NPCs.
There are two times you can use the camo - one is to get into the base and get the Commander. The second is on your journey.
Now, who would like to start the bidding?? Remember, Dathomir camo kits can be used by any Ranger (I think) but only made by Master Rangers.
Y'all think 10k per kit is too much? Or rent me for the trip home, 50k and all the camo you need.

who did the artisan quest. Yay, he got "Lucky".

I think your underselling yourself. Remember that althought a Wayfaring 1 Ranger can use the kits made by a master. They dont get the same modifiers to using it masters do.

i just did this quest today with two guildmates and while the camo kits were useful during the ever-so-long trip back to the village (i was the only one with terrain negotiation), it didn't work on the sith for me. they didn't even break the camo....just simply ignored it.

One of the few quests I'm actually useful for
. Group TN, Camo, and lots of burst run (i.e. /retreat, actually the first time I've used it for retreating from fights
) managed to make it a lot nicer. Just make sure to do it as a group--you get a nice +900 to mind crystal for it.
