Does this skill even work. It never has in my testing of it. I read the description in the skill bos and it says it isn't guarenteed to work, however you may have noticed different results. I have never had it work against high level Mobs.

Just need to know what an approximate value is if it works.

No it wouldnt be the most worthless. That would go to forage +1 that I have.

I've got 2 blank ones which are useless. But ther most disappointingly useless was plus 4 heavy weapon speed. I just knew that the flamethrowing/lihgtning gun wielders would pay at least 4 million and possible 8 million. But heavy weapon speed is nerfed - it has to say the specific weapon to work. Bah!
