Looking for Kettemoor Master Ranger to help me track down these darn Pirates to finish the Hermit Quest.

you should post requests like this in the trade forums for you galaxy. Any rangers looking for work are more likely browsing there than here.
Also, for tracking purposes master ranger is not necessary nor does it really help, 0030 would be sufficient for your purposes. You're just looking for a ranger willing to track npcs for you
