I'm opening a natural history museum on Tattoine (Intreped server) in Cincinrus City with a guild mate of mine. We plan on putting organic loot and hunting items on display. We are going to also have a vendor in the place to sell hide, meat and bone. Since i refuse to be a power hunter it won't be massive amount but average stash will be in 5 - 10 k units. So now i'm doing all the quest to get hunter trophies and other random quests.
Can you guys think of any quest or loot items I need to track down to put in this place?
I think i'm also going to throw up a hunting lodge stocked with camo on ... (haven't decided the planet or swamp yet). Enty to the lodge will be free foranyone with a ranger tag(i'm still working out that one but someone told me it can be done). The camo will be there for the taking for use with hunting parties. What do you think? I figure since a ranger can make their own camo, i don't really have to worry about the freebies being abused too much and it will give a "hunting guide" feel to the place.

Nice idea... very good luck with it. I've not heard of being able to charge everybody except Rangers to enter but if you find a way to do it, can you post it here as I'd like to do similar on my vendor.
For the museum - have you thought about working with a bio-eng to provide real-life samples of all the animals?

I tried to respond to this last night, but interent went hokey on me...let me try again.
The Ranger Wing of my museum contains the following:
- Krayt and Bol skulls
- Krayt Skeleton Painting
- Endor and Valley View Paintings
- Various stacks of hide (new art)
- Preserved Rare Insects
- Many, many, many weapons (I just needed somewhere to put them
) - Animal cage with cute little bantha doll inside
- Palm Frond
- Slice Hound deed
- Other items thatI am drawing a blank on right now
I do want to find a place thatI can throw a camp deed down, but I don't think I have the space...

why, when I finally decide to get MY meat & hide vendor going, now everyone else is???

I have the above on the upper deck of my Sorosub yacht and also....
The 2 different colours (dark and light) hides on frames
Fish (in a tank, or on a wall is probably better for a Ranger)
Alderannian Flora (giant pink flower thing!)
Baskets (open or closed)
Equisite bowl (I think it is called, its a brown earthy looking bowl anyway)
A camp kit (I have a basic but most of them look ok and are various sizes)

Yes! I have the tanned hides as well...I knew I was forgetting something big 
.

What about some nice indoor tents? =) Also foraged goods have some nifty little graphics. And in addition to the paintings mentioned above there are a few more that could work like the vegetation ones and maybe the BE one too.

I placed them in the art section of my museum, but I did consider putting them in the Ranger section.

Indoor tents don't workout so well. I dropped a HTFB in one of the rooms and it's ONE OF THE ROOMS...haha.
Too bad you can't actually use the outdoor patio to drop one, that would be perfect!. I've got all my skulls hanging from the ceiling like a real museum so that's kind of neet. Sorry sinkuu, i'm not trying to muscle in on your vendor, i'm just wanting to dump off all these extra stuff I get and don't feel like doing any acutal work to find people to buy it.
I'm looking for more Jawa beeds and other "native jewely" so if you have any idea where i can 'borrow' (read: kill, loot and pillage the savage natives) let me know. The key to me doing this is everything is either going to come from a quest or natural looting. I think that will give it more of an organice feel. Stop by and check out my banta hide rugs :-)
