Krayts spawn in the same place as the majority of Tatooine's Herbivores.
While I support the idea of makign the graveyard area dangerous (as it once was), I do not think hunting herbivores should be as dangerous. Therefore they are going to have the herbivore spawn concentration elsewhere, or hunting Ronto's, Bantha and Razorbacks is going to be disproportionately dangerous.
Owen_Lars could you bring this up on the cor board please?

Not sure on your definition of fun there
You got trampled on by (in that circumstance) the games own win-button, that more sounds like a hinderance than fun.
Do remember that Krayts aren't supposed to be that common. There's only two reasons they've been increased now, (A.) remind people what they'r dealing with, and/or, (B.) supply more loot.
It wouldn't even be an issue but theconcentrations of herbivores and Kraytsarein the same area. So if you're trying to gather a good quantity of herbivore meat, then the Krayts are just a hassle you didn't go looking for.

i agree from a 'being a productive (and alive) ranger' point of view, but at the same time, i agree with isroz. it definitely makes hunting in the area more of a challenge, regardless of why the spawns were increased. and what ranger isn't up for a challenge?

It isnt very fun at all. Plus the krayt spawns have gotten way to huge for my tastes. Everytime I go to the krayt graveyard and just stand near the far west edge then do a track I get up a dozen Ancients and 10 - 20 Giants and Canyons.

Yeah see your point, LiraDenetrus. I'd completely agree if we had an even chance of evading Krayts. However, I was helping with a Ancient hunt a couple of days ago, and I was wearing clothes and attachments that gave me a camo bonus of +122. Yet still neighbouring Krayts were still detecting me, as well as a few desert demon NPC's that were watching the hunt too.
So as far as I'm concerned with Krayts, you can't even hide from them. Which if we could,I'd say it was a challenge worthy of rangers, i.e. evasion and stealth.

Ok the reason the herbivores are at the graveyard is to feed the Krayts. It wasnt meant as some sort of static farm for us. Thats what it became though. A lot of people farmed the non-dragons as much as the dragons there. So now that the Krayt dragons have been fixed its a dangerous place to be. So now you need to track, take missions, and actually work for the harvest instead of just falling into it.

I go to western central tat (almost to the boarder sometimes) and i always find bantha nests plentiful.

Ill look into it. Im hoping eventually the krayt graveyard will be more like a super tough place where you head in and only the toughest survive or the incredibly scouty.
Like i said ill ask but im sure the issue will remedy itself once the CU hits.
