Polymer. I have looked on Bazaar and either I don't know what section it is and/or I do not know the different names it could be called. I need it for a Ranger trap (name escapes me). Also if someone may know the approx price I should pay for this..

.i also had this problem. I searched everywhere on the bazarr only no never find it. Try asking a merchant. just run a search for any merchants in the area. Many times they have lots of it in a shop somewhere. I paid 5 credits per unit. Well I hope this help

If you haven't already looked there it is listed under resource containers. None are just called polymer so you will have to do a describe on the items to find what you are looking for. Your best bet may be to do whole planet or whole galaxy searches if you are having problems finding it locally.
