I was wondering, how do you get these high OQ and full-stat meats/hides? I notice them usually higher on the outer planets, but does it just depend on luck and resource shifts?

I tend to have 500 or below, or sometimes 600 living on Corellia. Never quite understood how people find such high quality meats/hides. Any answer?

It's just Luck of the Resource Shift. Even the higher end planents can get crappy stat resources. You just need to go around and kill a few things and see what they have.

Seems most BE's, doctors, and other folks aren't too aware of that. But damned if they don't want the highest possible. "I'm not a machine darnit. I have needs too!" heh.. lunacy
