I was just trying to find out if I can use my tracker to find the pirates on TAT for the mark of honor quest..thks

But if you use an all caps title in our forum again then we'll send out the hired levisqualls

The Pirates and the Moisture Farmer have a tendancy to be quite fickle. Though you can track them, I highly recommend searching for them first thing in the morning at or near after Server up.
Late day reports have placed the pirates as far West as Anchorhead and even Wayfar. Though personnaly I haven't seen this, I've read it enough to fear its truth.
At server up on Saturday of last week and Sunday of last week I found both these spawns within the spawning radius outlined in the Hero guide. Over 2 weeks of searching at 9pm yeilded no luck and friendly reports of the same from other seekers.

This is absolutely the truth. I used to have a house just outside AH and saw the pirates spawn there 3 times in 3 evenings. If you really are desperate to search for them, you can track in a line from the ranch house to wayfar, but it takes FOREVER and you're still not assured of finding them...
