Since no one has posted it here yet, I thought that I could be the first to do so hehe.

So, besides what was on that lone TC patch, what do we have to look forward to?

Or is that Pub 18?

Nope, there's more to it that that...

they've fixed candles.

Doesn't seem to be anything especially ranger flavoured, but as most of the TC regulars couldn't actually get onto TC-Corbantis to do any testing, /shrug

Can't say much more or I'll rant.

There have been a couple of patch threads for Publish 18 (though I don't remember much that caused me to get excited). The biggie is the (silly...until I need it) Respec Token.

So I take it you're not in favor of the idea someone floated about how the really DEDICATED TC folks could make a toon on each and every server to test with...?

Never heard of it and don't particularly care. I think TC is now obsolete; if the scrap it every time they make a publish, and go with a copied server, why bother with TC at all?

Oh, I agree. I think it's silly to "scrap" TC-Prime like that (and me with finally getting a Ranger there!), if they wanted to do load / stress testing they could do ANOTHER TC- or something, ya know, IN ADDITION to the TC-Prime where you have a bunch of folks who play regularly to test or like many of us, who have characters built to a specific template to test specific profession changes and the like.

But hey, what do I know, I just run a global mail system across the US, Canada, UK, Germany and India... hehe

Of course, most of us do I guess but the current trend is to take from the "Ranger idea pool" and give to other professions. Then, come our revamp, there'll be nothing left we can ask for without "stepping" on other professions toes', which in turn equals a lot less work for the Devs
