Thread: Two Questions From a New Ranger
Question 1 - You don't turn trophies into mounted items. The Mounted creature heads are quest rewards on Kashyyyk. Most of these are awarded in the Etyyyn Hunting Grounds.
Quest 2 - The first rule about "that trap" is that we don't talk about "that trap," lest the nerf gods get wind of it (even though it's been /bug'ed to hell)

Head to Kashyyyk. There is a small Rodian Hunters camp in the South Eastern part of the map. Talk to the Rodians there, and they'll start you on your quest into the Etyyn Hunting Grounds. Basically just keep doing the Rodians' missions, and you'll start getting the trophy heads.
Also, head to the Ryatt Trails, there are a couple of good ones to be had there as well.
Be sure to talk to everyone at the beginning of the trails to get all the quests.
The trap is a scout trap, although only rangers can use it effectively against high level mobs. It is very usefull when placed in a good trap droid, and with the correct tactics (as with all things) you can solo the meanest of krayts with it. As for the name of the trap... well it starts with p and ends with dart
