It use to be a type of quest mission monster, but they removed it(forget why). Since then I don't think anyone has ever reported another one, although it sounds like an interesting challenge, I always like looking for things.

I have heard that they are making a comeback in a future patch, but cannot remember what thread I read it in, so can quote no sources.

If they bring it back it should be like a bigfoot kinda deal (but not totally unfindable).......extremely rare and difficult to find without a ranger, may add us much needed value

I like the idea of a ranger being able to spawn one, but not directly in front of them (maybe randomly inside a 1000m radius circle) and only on Endor. I would expect a nasty limit on spawning these guys, something like 1 or 2a week. I would hate to see the Gorax ruined by camping if they get out back. I would also plug a whole line of uber creatures that Rangers could spawn in the same system. But alas, I never expect this to happen, and I wish we had gotten it in to Outdoorsman Concept, but a leezrad can dream, can't he?

I love that idea, Rangers being able to find specialty creatures that either give lots of XP and/or good rare loot items.Spawning could be tied into current location and the Tracking tree, with a much much higher percantage chance of finding something interesting at Master Ranger over Tracking IV, to make dabbling less useful, and full on Master Rangers more useful. And the very best creatures should be only spawnable ever when a Master Ranger uses tracking,
And Rangers still need better Creature To Hit bonuses...stronger bonuses, and should work for Ranged and Melee, and work on special attacks too.
