How often do resources change? When do hide, meat and bone quality shiftsoccur? Is there a set pattern or schedule? Does it vary by planet? ???

Every 1-2 weeks or so.

Eachnew resource is given a set duration when it is added to the system, so the shifts don't all occur at the same time. By that, the shifts will vary by planet, as each planet has its own set of organic resources.

Avian meat on Talus was kicking big butt. Visions of super buffs were dancing through my lil pointy head as I supplied docs with the stuff. It lasted all of30 hours, more or less. Shifted inWednesdayafternoon, was gone Thursday nitewhen the servers crashed. At least on my server, can't speak for the others. Avian went right back to medicore.

Yeah as a DE trust, shifts can be a pain sometimes. I've seen shifts last 2 weeks and then others last 2 days grrrrr. I don't notice it as much with Organics(harvestables), but I sure did when it came to Minerals.

this just in....
Avian shifted twice on Talus today alone. No kidding. Was kicking butt last nite, went to crap, now up to semi decent.
Yes, I checked the names, totally different. We best change that - "resources shift at the whim of the Devs or the other powers that want to be."

Normally, it's 6 to 12 days. But server crashes and reboots reset the formula sometimes. It's very inconsistent. But if you have a consistent string of luck, then start expecting things to change at the sixth day.
