Can master rangers harvest a creature more then once? Can they harvest all 3 things from a creature at the same time?

Nope, we just harvest more of one thing than anyone else.
If you are in a party, all players with harvesting skills can harvest any one thing off a kill, but at the reduced rate of 60% of their normal harvest.

Not yet.......but if the devs give us what we are asking for we will be able to do multiple harvests
