If your'e an Master Ranger who is also wanting to become a Master Rifleman, you will have noticed that what with having to be a Master Scout too, you will have no skill points left over for anything else.......

I am a Master Ranger and am also Heading for Master Rifleman (dropping other skills on the way) the first line of skills I started dropping was from pistols 4 downwards.

Naturally I was concerned about having literally no close-combat defence skills, that was until, I bought myself a good Spraystick...........

For all you guys considering following the same template as me and are concerned about having no close-quarters skills don't worry, I bought my spraystick and decided to test it out, by running outside of the starport at Moenia (which on Farstar is a well known thug-spawn area) 5 thugs immediately aggro'd me, I equipped my spraystick and sat back to watch what happened.............

20 seconds later I was looting all 5 corpses..........

My tip: Get a good spraystick, get it sliced, (mine was unsliced when I did the above)and don't fear about being crap at close-quarters again

Careful: this may get nerfed. At least try to keep them in a cone in front of you I think we have conquerd the 250% damage thing, finally. Now that was evil. EVIL I say!
