I was in my profile today and noticed 2 rows of stars (Avg. msg. rating and Avg. msg. rating given). I can't remember if this was always the case. If it's new it looks to be a way of countering 1-star bandits under the upcoming new forum rank system.

Hmm, the forum ate half my new sig, this is a test to see if the changes helped

Yeah this has always been there. It will probly be used to counter 1 star bandits yeah, but it still wont stop them giving 1 stars.
