Hi My name is Kosmo and I am looking for sledge panters, I am working on the padawan trials and I have not had any luck finding even 1 in over 2 hours of looking. Lol if it were that easy, nothing is spawning there and there are almost half a dozon players camping it at all times.

By the way, most rangers charge by the hour and not by what they find. Considering we don't command the spawn rates, we have no control over what we find. Also, we're taking our time from hunting resources to track, so unless you offer us money upfront, no matter what, I'm better off just taking some missions and selling resources. If I'm going out to get some credits, I can do some good missions on Dath for 15k a pop (I don't do solo-groups) and also harvest some good resources. In a 3 hour period, I can do 5-8 sets of missions ( i generally don't use a speeder) so that's between 150,000 and 200,000 creds, plus what I can sell the resources for another 100,000 creds....

That's 250,000 and 300,000 creds if I'm power-hunting and that's guarenteed money. With you, I could make 200,000 creds...or I could make nothing. Basically, that's a chump deal. If I wanted to do solo-groups and I used a speeder your 10k per find would be laughable.

If I were you, I'd offer a price per hour. Say, 50-100k per hour spent. If the Ranger finds you a lot, give them a bonus. If not, they didn't get gipped. In the end, we don't control what we find. We can only promise that we'll do our best. And our time, regardless of what we find, is valuable to us.

Plus, if you're a jedi, I'm fairly certain you can afford more than 10k per find.

Im sorry for saying this. But if all the power jedi gamers are camping the lost cities. Like they are camping everything else FS related. Theres really nothing else you can do. Try getting a solo group and forcing SP missions to come up. Otherwise sludge panthers and greater sludge panthers are rather rare spawns on Talus and Corelia and dont pop up much. This is due to the fact they can slaughter most players who are on a starter planet.

Oh your not going to like this. But either log in to the server really at server up after you logged off at the lost city. Or wait until 4-5am est and go log in there. Your competing against thousands of other players. Nothing is going to help you here in prime time. That or wait until the next cycle. Which of course you wont do.
