Well if u check the trade fourms for your server you can see what people what. I know on my server a guy pays 50 cpu for *any* milk. Also the Yavin Insect meat right now it really good and he is also paying 50 cpu and I know oother crafters are as well.
Like I said keep checking the trade fourm.

I can sell any meat/hide/bone @3cpu. I mean absolute crap. Crap herb/domestic goes for 10cpu. Not great prices, but if you harvest regularly you end up with a decent stack. Run two missions on Endor for 10k per and sell the 1k of meat for 10k and you just made 30k in 20 minutes.
I have sold Lok avian for 250 cpu, wooley hides for 100cpu and other stuff for anything in between.
Check out my Mon(k)ey making post on the Scout forums.

I actually don't sell my services or harvests to others, although I do help when friends need it. My money comes from my wife
She is a master bio-engineer/creature handler. I harvest/track/body guard for her while she surveys, samples, and tames. Then she sells her bio-engineer pets and tissues from our harvests and we share any money we make.
It works out really well as our skills compliment creature handlers and bio-engineers very well. Likewise, her healing and pets save my butt when those kreetles come after me.

Meats are always in demand because three professions need them--doctor, chef and BE. High OQ/PE matter for Docs, as does DR I think, and Flavor also factors in for chef. No idea what (besides OQ) matters for BE. Herbivore and avian are the ones docs use.
Milk can also pay very well per CPU, but if you can get500 units an hour of milk at 100cpu versus 2000 units of a good herbivore meat at 50 cpu, you're better off going for the meat.
Good wooly hide is always in demand from armorsmiths, who use it for composite.
Any kind of hide is always in demand from tailors and architects (who use it for furniture). Quality doesn't matter. Only downside is as a result, many of them offer only 1-2 cpu, which is too low for me to hunt for. That's harvester prices where they run 24/7 and you don't have to do anything; if I'm getting buffed and going hunting, then that and my time and personal attention are worth a lot more.

First rule of Ranger school, run first ask questions later when Kreetles are involved!

I've found the easiest way to determine the current "in demand" organic is to stand at the Coronet Starport and listen to what people are offering the high credits for...also gives you a buyer so you don't have a house full of meat...

If you want mega bucks, go harvest eggs and milk.... It takes for ever but it's profitable. I'm a little to impatient to do that, though ![]()
Your customers would be BE'sand MC's....
