Didn't see just one post that covered this but here it goes:
I'm an aspiring ranger and carbineer. I was just curious as to what equipment you carry with you when you go out and hunt, i.e. foods/spices/pets/etc....... just anything you find useful.

I carry 2 guns - my T-21 and a laser rifle (depending on how many specials I am going to use)
I have 2 sets of armor- a low HAM set of Ithorian Guardian (that I wear unbuffed) and a high end set of ithorian sentinal.
I have 5 P-darts, 5 adhesive traps, 5 bone spurs, and 5 glow wires on hand at al times
1 HTFB
My trusty kaadu Trotsky
my fishing pole and bait
vasarian brandy
synthsteak

Laser Rifle, T-21 when i get my new one 
, Vasarian Brandy, my Ubese or Compo depending where im off to, Fishing Rod and bait lol i sumtimes like to stop , I also have my droid "butcher" or Kaadu "alamothih" with me, and quite often i have some back up foraged foods for a quick bonus

I wear comp armor, so that keeps me going,a Laser Carbine, and a DXR6 Carbine (Acid), some Stim B's various Traps, enough stuff to make more, and that's about it.
yes, I use a 117 harvest droid... I'm in the business of Meat & Hide... I need to get the most I can.

I carry everything. My backpack is full of spare crates of meds, drugs, booze, food, droid batteries,traps, and camo kits. There's spare armor in there, too. Also a fishing pole, and some BE'd pants and a shirt that give medical bonuses. (I wear those when I'm sitting in camp and healing.) In my regular inventory, I've got six or seven rifles, armor, street clothes (a black turban,maskscent/camo pants and shirt, chitin boots), uncrated food/meds/drugs/booze/droid batteries/traps/camo kits that I'm currently using, whatever junk loot I haven't gotten around to destroying yet, stacks of resources (what I'm currently hunting plus the ones I use for on-the-spot crafting), and, uh, I guess that's it. Well, probably not. But those are the 'basics.'

Food... LOTS of food in crates - but my guild leader is an uber chef, so I have good access to foods:
- veghash (often 2 crates just in case)
- brandy
- exo-protein
- pikatta pie
- synth steak
- mandalorian wine
- won-won
- a bunch of other stuff... I've highlighted my key foods that I tend to blow through
- crate of HTFB
- crates of traps: glow-wire and adhesive mesh
- crates of camo-kits: generally one for each planet, but at the minimum I have Dath, lok and tat on me at all times.
- fishing pole
- 3 weapons - power hammer, scythe, 2hd curved sword
- full set of hunting armor (I flip btw comp, padded and ubese depending on how I feel... but I only carry 1 set at a time)
- Ranger clothing for when I'm not wearing armor (akkuan robe, camo pants, camo shirt)
- random skill stims (2hd speed, 2hd accuracy, aroma screen) - 1 of each
- mind focus crystal
- cargo pocket name "ranger goods" with:
- Organic Combiner
- reycled resources
- nice resources I'm gonna sell
- storage droid with a full set of uber comp and one nice power hammer... they're in a droid so that they don't decay if I die and don't take up inv. space in the mean-time.
Generally my pack is full of food, skill enhancing stuff (stims, crystal), a crafting tool and other randomness while the rest sits in my main inventory.
Other than that the rest is all random. I like to keep a clean and empty inventory so that if I end up hunting rancors all day I can keep all the loot without having to destroy a ton.

Well I have my Harvesting Droid, and my pet spat Sanders.
I keep 3 rifles with me, My T21 my Las Rifle and the ever usefull spraystick. I keep dmg and speed powerup crates
a few crates of Phen, Glow Wire and Adhesive traps. Crate of brandy and vegash. I also keep a crate of pixie and Muon gold.
I wear BE clothes that give bonus to Camo/maskscent and defense.
i also keep 10k hide/meat/bone/metal/poly onme as well as a crafting tool.

Spec Ops backpack with the mods on it
No armor, no need.
