Thread: Using prone gives lots of shots unagro'd, coupled with Camo too you get 20+. Confirm??

You get as many as you get, camo does not change the way the creature you are shoting with conceal shot agros. But if your are in a feild of red dots and want to conceal shot one, well there you go. Camo keeps the other beasties off you and /concealshot lets you get one with out agro.
Head shot 3? Much better if you can kill it fast enough. Once I got the x/x/x/4 part of the tree I all but stoped using conceal shot.
Any way you look at conceal shot is a low damage per second shot. And its a random pool shot. But it can alow you to kill things solo that you would never have a chance at any other way.
Either way you get more shots before it comes affter you if you are prone, than you do any other way. Camo is about what happens when you are not in comabat with something. At least thats the best way to look at it.
Go out and play around with it, that's only way you really get a feel for it.

I've been trying to get used to using less specials for the past month because of what I've heard is coming from the combat revamp. However, 'they' have even fubared that because autofire doesn't work while prone for rifleman. Be aware of this if you're a rifleman.

As a master ranger/master rifleman, I was able to get off many shots while prone/camo'd, enough to kill most everything with a few HS3's. After awhile on high level mobs with mucho ham, though, I usually caused a bleed. That's when it gets exciting

Can anyone confirm that you can shot 20+ shots for example headshot 3, into an npc or animal and it does not aggro. Right now I am sitting at 4 or 5 shots, and then all hell breaks loose, unless I just lay prone and use conceal shot all day. Thanks.

Most of the time, I find that I can use prone/HS3 on almost anything (except for thereally high MOB's)without aggro, especially when masked/camo'd. Can I get 20+ shots in? Sometimes it sure seems like it. Although I can't recall right off hand how many shots it took, I can confirm that I have taken downa fewBluurg Raptors without aggro by going prone and using HS3 (unmasked/uncamo'd cuz they always break it). That being said,I have also had some Raptors aggro me afteronly (about) 15 HS3's, so who knows. Just my 2 cents.
Oh yeah, are you currently at Master Rifles?
