Don't know if anyone saw this, but as I was just logging in I saw that the master ranger mods have been fixed in a hotfix on the live servers already! This really is an impressive fix in a timely manner. Way to go devs!

I just checked the skill window, not the actual stats but the ones in the box that is colored did not see a change there.

yeah I was still at +100...can anyone confirm that changes have been made?

Wow.. faster than I thought.
