Lately I've been picking up a lot of Camo and Terrain Negotiation attachments and was wondering if anyone has tried to cap these skills, and if they have if they've noticed them making a difference? Or are we capped at master? Thx

TN, well...
All above +50 (master scout) just gives extra crawl speed anyway so there is not much point in increasing this above the master ranger level (and I personally did not notice an increased crawlspeed with more than the master ranger's tn when I tried with travel biscuits and/or a weapon with +25 tn skillmod on it)
Camo: You can more easy increase this via bioclothing, and yes, extra camo mods do have effects
.
I for one however DO use ranger-specific SEA's, I have +25 to rescue (well more actually but +25 is max that has effect from any kind of sea's
). If it makes a difference? No idea, those two SEA's were dirt cheap so I didn't really care if it actually works or not.

Depends on what level you are at. Terrain Neg. is, I believe, capped at +100. Keep in mind that only the first +0-50 apply to terrain negotiation while upright. +50-100 applies to terrain negotiation while crawling. So basically all the terrain neg. you get in Ranger applies to crawling.
Camo - I am not sure how this works or if it provides a benefit. Hopefully someone with more camo expertise can provide the answer for us both!
Edit: Doh! Seconds too slow! Er... what he said!
