Well, its my turn to say I'm cancelling and I would like to think its only temporary. I just cant honestly in good conscience pay for a game that is so blatantly broken. I dont mean the CU. I can get used to the changes. Just releasing this so broken/buggy update to Live servers for people not playing to beta test this game is just flat wrong. If any game was released in such shape every game mag would give it low marks and no one would play it. Its unprofessional and just wrong. So, I will take a long break til Ranger gets their revamp. Once(if) it happens I will relog the same day and hope my character is still there.
BTW, they do announce when they are going to do a character purge dont they? I would love to keep my character whole and in tact if I ever do want to restart playing.
I can honestly say that being a Ranger and member of this forum is the highlight of my time in SWG. I dont think any profession out there has ever had Great(random profession)Meets which alone makes us a very unique group.
Remeber that just cause I cant post doesnt meant I wont be reading the forums every so often.
I have to honestly say cancelling makes me sad. I have enjoyed playing for such a long time. I have grown used to my characters looks, his skills, and his quirks. I remember starting out as a poor scout who used BER 4 harvestors to collect metal and polymer for traps and sold the rest to grinders to make ends meet as a newb. I remember getting him slaughtered by Eldars with my guild and spending days on end wandering the deserts of Tat dressed as a Tusken for some rp fun. I remember helping two guildmates fight Melichae to begin their path to enlightment. I remember riding my bike over the sunken coasts of souther Endor and oohing and aahing at the trees sticking out of the water. I remember my first Gorax kill with my Ranger brethren
I remember my first trip to the village and the enlightment I slowly attained there. I remember alot of things but mostly I will remember the friends I have made and the laughs I have had.
Thanks alot Rangers.
You have made my time here much more bearable. I will miss you.

Sorry to see you go Kai
You're one of those folks who always had something intelligent and interesting to contribute. It's my hope that we see you again soon!
