I just thought of this. It takes 12 hours to get it but it's a lot less time than waiting for the Devs to fix it, lol.

1. Cap out scout exp at 600k

2./resepc and make your template 2444

3. Now that the /respec saves your SP's click on 'OK'

4. Go to Ranger Trainer and get those 2 skills back

5. In 12 hours /respec again and use those SP's you have left over to train Master Ranger

It works. If Ranger costs 10k to train you spent an extra 7k but you also saved yourself 600k in scout exp (boxes 3&4 add up to 400k, Master is 1mill) and a whole lot less time to get Master!!

I would ace more squadrons if they'd just fix the remaster bug.

I was able to surrender my Elite Combat Prof Box, and the box that requires Combat XP, I had enough xp to surrender that and use it to get Master Ranger, and Retrain in my Elite Combat Prof. (For my Alternate Character)
