Ok guys, the time has come for me to end my time with SWG.

Ive just learnt that a close friend both in and out of game has been given the chopa few hours agofurther sinking this game into the bottomless pit of lies, blatent disregard for community input and failure to reach the potential even a monkey could of pulled off with this license. I dont expect people to follow, juststating my reasons why im pissed, and why im leaving.

Im sure most of you have noticed how optimistic i was at the new changes, that i genuinly thought that these were the right steps. Whilst imnot going back on theseclaims,the wankers up top have clearly just shot themselves in the foot getting rid ofone of thegenuinly dedicated people around here.

You guys have been so much fun over the years and made me stick around even when i wanted so much to quit

Be it Phens 'fairy' drinks, calcs love for 'toyt' (as the dutch say) underwear or those damn rumours about bloodyprimate love.

JB, its been an honour man getting into the fights alongside you. It wouldnt of been the same without you. Ive shot you my details and be sure to keep in touch (use the yahoo one for emails mate).

Ill definatly be around in MEO, as will a lot of us here so would be amazing if we could find a way to get together over there. Kick some noobs around and all. swgranger.com boards are probly the safest bet and emails.

Coreth and Horned? Make sure you damn check out the swgranger.com boards hehe. Ill be expecting posts from you all shortly hehe.

Gonna miss you around here... tho with the pending changes, not sure how much longer "here" is gonna be around anyways - the Spy forum in testing already is infused with so many of the stupid posts and "uberl33t" crowd that I can already feel that the sense of community you got here and other boards (Smuggler, CH, Tailor, Entertainers, etc) is likely not going to be there come the change to "9 iconic professions". I'll definitely be watching for ya on the LOTRO forums (I'm on over there along with a bunch of the rest of us) and SWGRanger forums as well. We all need to stay in touch, this is one of the best communities I've EVER been involved with online, anywhere. What the SOE higher ups have done is, well... some might say insane, on the eve of such a major launch of a fundamental shift in the game. But I guess that's their call, as silly and misguided as it likely is.

Best of luck man, best of luck. And if I ever make it back over to the UK for work, the offer still stands for a couple of pints of you favorite brew on me. Well, not ON me... but on me. I'm not a Shauput, ya know!
