Y'know that sick feeling you get in your gut when you realise you just did something really dumb?
I had a shedload of Wilderness Survival XP on my TC main toon. But, as he'd gone 'artisan' on me and I was going to work another toon up as my ranger / gatherer, I wasn't too fussed. To get his Master Artisan I'd deskilled a few lines... oh yeah, you can see where am going with this...
So, today, I log in and think, nah, its' pretty easy to make an artisan, I'll keep my main here as a scout, finally work him into a ranger... yeah... Got me a rifle instead of that daft pistol and headed out to splat nuna. Ran foul of some really tough birds, no, seriously, they were like uber-nuna, wasn't my lack of skills, honest.
Popped a camp to heal up.
Wandered off. Camp puffed out of existence. Along with nearly 17k camping xp...
if anyone's looking for me? I'll be the guy in the corner of the cantina, crying into my blue milk and brandy mixer...

Luckily i dont need camp xp on my TC2 toon so im happy. Anyone else been yesting out the senses quests?
Ive done the combat quests but decided to take a rest, found far too many bugs that restrict progression to keep at it for hours.
Once the characters go boom ill be doing the seses quests, hopefull i can find all the potential bugs so those would be FS unlocker rangercan progress that much more easily.

That xp was dead, it just wasn't buried yet. Well, not all of it.
Yeah, you had X amount xp left over. However, the first time you trained, your max amount leftover would be double the amount it took to get leveled. So you probably would have lost a load anyhow.
Sucks, but these are the rules.
Been there, done that, hate losing XP

Mine got stuck with the crafting quest, then I couldn't pick up any of the others. Hoping to get back in after the wipe / roll / hamster upgrade later.
Was actually starting to enjoy shouting at, ahem, n00bs who were struggling with the Old Man / Shady Sith / Mellichae stuff. "Get in a group! Stop trying to solo EVERYTHING! Work together..."
There's either a school teacher or a squad leader in me trying to get out, y'know.
Meanwhile, back on the Ranger front. Following the milky milk post I went out and splattered some ikopi, then found two groups of storm troopers near a bolle bolle nest. Was an opportunity too good to miss. Draw one onto group A, another onto group B, fire a few whots in to make sure I still get access to the corpses. Harvest when one beast falls, draw another in to replace....
Love doing that, lol. Feel sorry for my 'unpaid gun battery' tho... Much cheered up, all the same.

hehe ya stuck at patrol wp combat quest so can do anything until wipe.
Will be fun after, gonna do the senses quests to see how we handle it.
And yes group work will be fun aslong as i can get my 33% slices again
