Ok,the Ranger cabin has been a long wanted thing.There has also been mentioned along with the cabin to have a stash of some sort.As I'm sure we will never get our cabin,I think the stash could be easily be done.Everything for it is already in game.I propose each Ranger gets their own stash,use the poisoned rations art work,which can hold 20 items.Drop it in the middle of nowhere,a waypoint is created,and it works just like a magseal container except be drawn only for the owner.The stash would be craftably bya Ranger with wilderness IV.Only one stash can be used at a time,you can't have things stashed all over the galaxy,and is destroyed upon being pulled up.
Reason for this being is a Ranger should be able to go on extended opperations without having to come back to a home port to resupply.I often stay on a planet for up to a week at a time,having a stash of crates of traps,camps,brandy,power-ups,what-not,would lessen my down time from having to go home to get more supplies.I know your thinking "it's not nessacery,just keep everything in your inventory",well true but a back pack isn't nessacery either,how much crap do you have in your inventory/pack.This is just an idea for extended hunts and to give room in your inventory to go collect more crap.
Anyways,this is just a rough idea,but if this was implemented,how many of you would use it?

In all honesty, I would much rather have an intergalactic bank, where I could access my Safe Deposit from any planet.

oh yeah, you want a "stash", huh? A place to put all your spice so the corsec's wont' catch you, right? You hippies make me sick.

in all honesty, I agree, which is why the stash is still part of the Outdoorsman 2.1

Besides,you could hide your extra punch bowel in there.

Stash for Rangers, and a Cache for Smugglers. Same function, same idea, two professions that could use some extra lovin'.
