back when I needed it I was killing langlatches. Not the best yeild, but plenty of them out there to kill.

Langlatches are it. Go to www.swgcreatures.com and hit advanced search. And remember CL determines how much they drop.

Either you have good luck or I have bad luck. It took me two days to gather 1500 of their woolyas a mid-level Ranger--with a companion who was a Novice Scout/Commando. (We had an awesome shift of it on Eclipse a while ago.). I've spent a lot of time on Lok in the past four or five weeks--first hunting for Avian meat, then harvesting wheat and doing the Nym theme park--and it took three weeks for me to see a langlatch. I saw one then, and a few stragglers the next day, and that's it.
