For those who are thinking of or already have characters on TC, would you be up for getting something conrete together? Like regular hunts, meetings and supplies for hunters?
Id be happy to set something up once i have my rerolled char set up and ill be filling vendors with traps/camo/camps etc for fellow rangers to use, but just wondering if anyone else is interested in setting anything up or already have?
If we get a good few numbers it could be fun, grouping (the proper way), going on large scale hunts (not just resource gatheringbut actual hunting) and generally get a good set of characters out there that can test, have fun and if others want to join us, get help to do so.

Don't forget the www.swgtest.com forums as well. I know there are probably a lot of people with Ranger characters on TC who do not visit these forums (since you can have three characters there).

I don't think there is anything formal. There is a section on that page for hunts and events and I know in the New Unity cantina at least there is a message board announcing hunts and such. There is also one chat that the entire Test Center is on - TCPA and I believe people ask in there when they need a specific resources or want to know what is good (kind of like RIN). On the whole TC is a gregarious crowd. I'm sure if hunts were st up and announced there would be plenty of takers. One thing about having three characters is that there is always someone in need of xp/group hunting.

Ya it should be real fun. I would like to make another character made for healing and pure group support. That way if we are ever down on a healer i can log on and sort it out without worry.

There's a small ranger friendly settlement just outside Theed, y'know... Just follow the trail of discarded brandy bottles.
It's early yet for New Years Resolutions, but, Ozie WILL be a ranger soon. So, I for one would be keen to tag along on a regular hunt. Get that XP up, have other folk to heal up in my camps...

hehe more like how FUN does that sound 
I love the idea of grouping up again. Even if i would be better of solo i would rather have fun grouping with some friends and leveling up together at a steady (yet enjoyable) pace.

Question: I remember from the last time i played on TC (Pre Jedi revamp) that they had the purple frogs to give you skills, weaps, armour etc....
Do they still have these in TC or would i need to level up from newb again??

No that was a special TC made just for rapid testing and was wiped/deleted after testing finished.
We would be leveling up from scratch, ive always enjoyed leveling up at a fun pace and we could do so helping each other by hunting in group etc which could be something different. After we have done this we could even put our ideas together and make aGuide: The Path To Ranger hehe. Obviously the doors are open to make such a document, we could say where is the best place to hunt at each level, best ways to do certain things, good spots to hunt etc.
Ok im just brainstorming again

Sounds like a great idea Owen! Incidentally, what time do you play? I never catch anyone in RIN, but TCPA is always active.
I'm EST, so it's either late in the evenings, or at some point in the AM hours.. 9 to 12 or so.
I'm kimi' on TC. If you ever have an organized hunt planned, send me an email in game. Otherwise, hopefully I'll catch you (or anyone!) in RIN.
