Is it possible to negoiate that quest under mask scent with Wayfaring IV and mask scent mod gear and not get aggro'd?

I have +14 mask scent shirt and trousers and am training Wayfaring line. If I was to walk, not run through that area, could I avoid the creatures?

Creatures maybe - NPC's not likely. One of them would pick you up eventually.

Just take someone else with you. Warren isn't that hard to solo but two people of almost any fighting skills at all shouldn't have a problem with it.

nah, i'm not worried about the NPCs they don't aggro me, maybe becaue I'm Imperial, I have never had to fight them, only the creatures.

Thanks to the camoflauge "bug" you can hide from the NPCs too. It will fail frequently, but it does help. I was able to run past the AT-ST at the bottom, get the control rods, and it didn't agro on me until i was at the door.. got incaped running into the elevator. Good thing I had a friend along to hit the up button and give me a heal.

Actually, even without camo, if you stick to the walls, you can pretty much sneak by every NPC in the place without firing a shot. The one exception might be the hospital or bunk room where you have to find the 4 items.

Beyond that, you can probably use maskscent or camo to get by the geneticly altered beasts.

not hard to solo? what class are you b/c that AT-ST looked pretty tough to me.....

You can get past the AT-ST no problem, if you just walk around the room hugging the wall you're outside its aggro range and won't get touched. Me and a mate went to and fro through there four or five times in a row waiting for the rods to spawn with no Mask Scent switched on, or camo applied and were never aggrod.

The only animals that attacked whilst I was camoed were a pair of modified Dune Lizrds (not quite the exact name, but definitely some type of Dune Lizard) but me (a Rifleman/Ranger) plus a Swordsman/CH/Medic took them out OK.

Camo was working against the NPCs in there too at the time, I know that because when it wore off at the wrong moment in the final control room I was instantly aggroed by 5 or 6 Imp officers and incapped.

I am WAYYYYY off topic (and forum)here, but I gotta know...WHERE DO YOU GET THE PASSWORD FOR THE CELL??? I have downloaded all of the evidence and the encryption key, but I can't find the sill password of the cell with the corpse in it. I have the feeling I needed to get it from one of the terminals that gave bits and pieces of the story of the Warren. My guess is it is on the terminals that are classified and give the the brain removal porcedure. Unfortunately I figured this out after the Warren reset, so I want to bed (crying:smileytongue

As for maskscent, I never tried it since I am TKA and the mobs in the dungeon don't hit very hard (the only time I even incapped was from the 8 Loyalists and 4 slicehounds that were in one room). And the AT-ST killed my bud, but I made it past it twice without aggro.

Hug the wall as the other poster said farthest from the AT... it won't attack you at all.

As for the password to the cell... you don't need it. nothing is in there that you need to complete the quest. Only thing in there is info telling you to go to Heff in the Theed palace to turn in your evidence. The evidence is all that matters for that badge. not the letter on that particular corpse. i forget where i got the password for it.. but really it's not needed. just skip it.

Wish I had known that before 12:30 last night I knew I needed to go to Theed, but I didn't know who to talk to, and I thought I needed tohave something from that darn corpse.

It helped me do some parts of it, but really it is not much help. I tried back before the devs took camokit's usefullness from us, and even then the creatures attacked me, without it breaking! It worked on some of the NPCs, but to many animals will take you out. I am not the best at fighting POIs solo or even in groups, so I prefer to sneak in if I can, saddely that is not possible now.
