That's a problem that many rangers share-- so focused on the little details that we miss the blatantly obvious. We're creatures of subtlety and nuance (even JB), and sometimes we forget that looking for the substance within an EXTREME and IN YOUR FACE!!!! message is a pointless endeavor at best. Can you blame the guy if his eyes just slid right off the subject line without bothering to register it?

What's a Krayte dragon? Which planet are they on?
Also, I would like a ranger to track TEN MILLION CREDITS for me. Asking in caps makes it more important.
