Thread: BUG: /conceal and /maskscent?

Here's what happened:
- I was hunting on Dath and was concealed
- I left to Corellia and then Endor
- I arrived on Endor and still had my /conceal on... strange
- I was getting aggroed and creatures weren't breaking my camo... likely because I had a dath /conceal on.
- I tried to /maskscent but I got a message saying "you cannot mask scent while concealed"... hmmm... ok.
- I let the camo wear off and then /maskscent
- Creatures can STILL see through my mask without breaking it, so I'm gettin aggroed
- I try to unmask and remask, but I get a message saying "you cannot mask scent while concealed". I know I wasn't concealed because I used /maskscent and didn't even have an endor camo kit on me.
- I hover my pointer over the little nose icon and it says "mask scent" but the computer is behaving as though I'm concealed from another planet.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a well known bug? I filed a /bug report last night and I was chatting with another ranger on my server who had also experienced this once. Just thought I'd invovle the greater ranger community... and I do mean GREATER

I've noticed recently I seemed to be getting scout xp while logging on (while surrounded by aggros) , even though I am not masked/concealed. Weird. It also still bugs me that the ui tell us we are mask scented and shows the mask scent icon, even though we are camo'd. I've not experienced the bug you speak of, but I have heard of it before.

it's just like we've been telling you all along, cryos.... the emperor is out to get you and he's starting with mask scent.
