Thread: What's up with the CSR's?

A couple of my Guild mates have been running into CSR's on my server over the last couple of days.
They have been taking questions from players, and chatting for a couple of hours. Is this something new that they are doing? And I hope that this means that they will be getting more involved with players and looking to fix the problems.
Anybody else seeing a recent involvement on their servers?

I heard that there is now a CSR assigned specifically to each Galaxy and that they will be getting mroe involved with the community. On Wanderhome one of them jumped in to request the local radio station stop playing Celine Dion.

I've seen Lowca's CSR a few times over the weekend in Coronet.
They've got a really sweet uniform. it's sort of like Rebel Marine Armor, but Blue and White instead of the greenish color. (no helmet)

we had a pretty good experience with a CSR the other day on tarquinas. she changed someone's last name to reflect the fact she was married. then she stuck around and chatted with us for a while.

No, I'm pretty sure Geddy Lee is their Prime Minister. Or Chancellor, orPlenopotentiary or Witch Doctor or whatever they have up there. Head of state, I should have said.
