Mos Eisley, talk to the mayor. He's inside one of the smaller guild halls. He now points you to the noob helper quest giver, but after you are 'man enough to kill 5 kreetles' or whatnot you can go back to him and get the 'Quest - Mos Eisley Mystery' badge.
Ask him to teach you some skills in either scout, marksman, entertainer, brawler or artisan. I was given the badge after doing the scout quests. I've heard that the entertainer part is broken, but I couldn't test it. Supposedly if you do all 5 of these you get the 3 Mos Eisley/Tusken badges.

there are four badges for the eisley series of quests.
only two of these 'n00badges' work right now. I think the gate to the remaining two is on the looping artisan conversation... the entertainer series seemed to work pre-p18, though early patch notes indicated that the entertainer series was being 'fixed'.
the complete series seems to require artisan, entertainer, and scout. I'm not convinced that marksman and brawler are REQUIRED, since it seems that any 'kill' counts... if you've got the 15 SP to spare on novice professions, you should be able to get the four badges in the series... when the quests are working.
otherwise? grab what you can, since two of four seems to be the limit (scout, brawler, and marksman should work towards that goal).
EDIT: apparently I'm having problems making things plural today.

Rifle/Ranger here. I did the scout and the marksman, but he refused to talk to me when I tried the brawler.
Ah, If only I had more than 4 skill points..
