But the search feature did not bring up anything in my query.
Why is it that every Profession that requires combat gets a weapon but the Ranger. Hell even Combat Medic gets a weapon that only Combat Medics can use. The Ranger should have one as well since oh..I dont know....We need a weapon to gain scouting points from. Yes the traps are nice but it is not going to kill the creature we are trying to kill so we can harvest it. Which we need the skins and bones to make our traps and camps..(even though not working correctly).
Hell Doctors get Medical Foraging, they do not need scout skills to forage like us..but get it anyway. So why cant we Rangers have a weapon that only we can use.
Lets face it...if the Krayat(sp) Dragon gets perma-held by the poptart...we still need a weapon to kill it. And I for one am not going to get within teeth range of it. So a Ranged weapon would be nice. Be it Rifle, Pistol, or Carbin.

It has and its been beaten to death.
You give a ranged weapon and you screw the Melee Ranger. Now we don't want tthat to happen.
Likewise the Melee Rangers don't want to see the Ranged Ranger get screwed.

Remember ya need 2 elete masters for cl 80.Ranger is one, then pick what ya wanna use Ranged or Melee.
The mods we get should, (hopefully)be gereral bonuses for any weapon we use.If I got a ranged weapon I would Keep TKM. Soooo that would get a real big scream for nerf if Igot master weapons with both Ranged and Melee.
