Well, i've been thinking about this for a bit.

How about a new installation, makeable by architects, called a ranger ranch. Ranger would be able to lay the ranch down in open space and keep creature lairs therein. Bioengineers could craft the lairs and we would be able to kill the creatures contained inside and harvest their resources. We wouldn't be given any combat xp for killing the creatures but we could shoot them from outside. The quality of the resources would be determined by the quality of the lairs the BE's built. The level of the placeable lairs would depend on the sophistication of the ranch. It would be like a harvester for rangers. We could charge $ for other ranger/scouts to enter and take what they wanted/needed.

Thoughts?

Kinda like fishing with dynamite, eh? Takes the sport out of hunting..HOWEVER there has been a proposal on the State of the Profession (I think) thread to make creature harvesters, which sound similar. But it is nice that you are promoting interdependance. Bravo for that.
