Every animal has blood, Why can we not harvest it?

Im sure the Dev's could find another complex use for this!?!?!

Maybe use it in Cooking or Medical assymbly...

Maybe even use it as one of the Ingrediants for making the Camo-Kits.

Hmm maybe cause nothing in the game's design requires it?

Either way...

I believe that many people find blood to be much more grotesque than simple hides / meat / bone.

It's possible that cultural influences impacted which resources we could harvest.

The ESRB may have rules regarding blood and other bodily fluids when it comes to defining a rating.

Mostly, I suspect it's to widen the public appeal of the game...

That is the same reason we can't harvest humanoids... Many countries outlaw cannibalism in the media.

Maybe they will create a new sub class of Ranger: The Vampire Ranger. lol

ewwwwww, ....The dark side is strong with you young ranger.

When you kill an animal you want all the blood to get out.

Otherwise the blood coagulates and ruins the meat.

Likewise, unless you immediately froze the collected blood it would coagulate into a gigantic, foul goo.

Also, drinking animal blood is a good way to give yourself nasty intestinal virii and worms, whereas meat is thoroughly cooked to kill microscopic bugs.

And boiling blood is very hard without laboratory conditions.

So blood from a kill has basically no use except to make the grass grow.

Oh I just thought of a use for blood. As a young fellow living in England we use to have Blood Pudding with breakfast fairly regularly.

Blood pudding fried, with eggs and bacon. hmmmm,

Basically blood pudding is the coagulated blood of bulls compacted and pressed into sausage skins.

You slice and fry..........actually, it's not as bad as you might think.

Okay along similar but less disgusting lines.....

Krayt Tissue. Killed the beast...several times. Harvested Hide, Bones, and Meat.

I've never been able to get tissue. What gives?

The krayt tissue have to be looted from the animal. IMO this hould be a skill that they should make exclusive to the ranger class. Anyone can loot them right now. To me, it would seem you would need a Ranger's advanced creature knowledge to susseccfully remove these advanced compnets from a carcass.

Next you will be wantingto harvest Wookie hides and Mon-Cals for fish meat...where does it end brother

What I'm saying is I have never seen the choice in the radial menue Harvest Tissue. Is the Meat considered Tissue?
