I thought that in order to find the Gorax, you had to take a certain mission from some Marauder Camp POI (that may not be the name) on Endor. It is at the same place that you get the Marauder armor. My PA went and fought him and we decided that he was actually much easier to kill than a Krayt Dragon even though I believe that his level was equal to or higher than a dragon. Hope that helps some.

gorax = a big, 20foot tall, ape looking monster, w/ pointy elf ears

basically, it's a creature that, when you see it, makes you feel like you are playing everquest, not star wars.

Killed aload. Pretty sure its a person as traps don't wrk on it, if memory serves. They are decent xp but you need the mission from the maurauders to kill it.

you can get a mission from the maurador camp- however u dont have to have a mission there to find 1

u search for them under the animal track

i found 1 last night and after about an hour and a half i killed it- i died 3 times b/c it hits for 3000+ ham

i used a graul and several other pets as tanks and stacked bleed shots

anyway it was a waste of time b/c it didnt drop anything and u cant harvest them
