As of 1/18 I had this happen to me and not sure if this is a bug or if was intended to be put in. That night was in pvp fight at libertas rori on starsider server so after awhile I got tired since me and one other rebel where only rebel active in overt status trying to kill about 5 overt imps. That where tiring to work on player faction base turrets and troopers and what not when I was hit by mind disease and all by one em so went inside base to let disappear.

But got incapped and DB and sent cloneso went to the cantina instead then go back to battle to heal the Battle Fatique and all and mind wounds I had since was 1 mind left.Soon as got the bf healed since it was lower then the mind wounds I left the cantina and processed to pull out my vehicle and head out side town so I can place a field base kit to heal in and plan horn at same time. So went outside of Libertas a little ways saw the battlefield markers that was nearby since city was north of rebel base on rori.

So processed to try and place a field base kit with in the battlefield and said can't place a tent with in the battlefield or what not so continue on by vehicle and went to other side of battlefield placed my tent with in about 100m from there and all. Then I went afk for a few and came back to look on control panel of the tent to check the time it been up so I can disband for max fp and set new one down. When notice tab in that panel that looked weird where I can buy stuff from it.

Since it let actually let me by Faction aligned items like weapons, turrets, minefields, faction scanner and player faction bases. So I fought it was one time deal so let be but on 1/19 I was camping with friend and all and when went back the same terminal had that option listed again. So processed to test it out and by a item so went tried to get Detachment HQ for 69000 ffp so said not even enough faction point or what not so went tired the purchase a rebel outpost and said the same thing since fp I had at time was about at 12000 and all.

Then proceed to try a faction scanner for the hell of it and all for 575 fp point and when I did it gave me item and reduce my faction point according to 575 fp it costed. Since I was covert rebel at the time when i brought it. Then fought it was weird so went placed another field base kit and same menu pooped up. Then decided to try it on High quality camp kit but that option wasn't there for it and all so I fought I bug this since I'm not sure if this suppose to happen on ranger field base kit or not. I did it twice and purchase 2 faction scanners by the way with and it worked fine. Since it let by faction perk item at 14% increase like the faction scanner is normaly 500 for a rebel and got for 575.

I fought I ask other rangers if it has happened to you and all. But I sent in a bug report and all over it just in case if it was a bug and all with the ranger Field Base kit. So you I’m not high enough in ranger tree to call out a high tech field base kit yet to test it with it since I need about 25000 xp more to master that column for now.
