Anyone having problems sending PM's? I dont even get the option for a new message.

The toolbar at the top is really messed up right now. Try clicking at the very top near the middle of the window. It should switch to a different pane. If you get to the right pane, you should be able to senda message. You can also find a post by the person you want to mail and click the "send this user a private message" link.
