Thread: I'm leaving Ranger beacuse...

...I leveled up scout looking towards a whole new profession and new things to do. Then I got there and was stuck with the same old things as I had to do as a scout. But I had no motivation. In scout I was always looking towards some "light at the end of the tunnel" elite profession. With ranger I had nothing to look towards and nothing to do. SoI gave up ranger. Its not the worst profession but its nothing new.

dunno how anyone can make a decision, like going Ranger, without doing a ton of research in it... I just can't understand it
I knew exactly what Rangers can and can't do before I even made my character. I picked two paths that sounded interested, found middle ground, and grew on that. I was between Ranger and Bounty Hunter. Decided another BH in this universe would bea waste of time, andI enjoyed scouting.
If you didn't enjoy scouting.... why would you take Ranger?!
bah, I just don't understand.. no one reads player guides?

Best of luck to you. 
Us die-hard nuts will still be here (we hope) whenn and if you decide to return. Maybe if we stomp our feet and bang Delta's head against a desk loud enough we'll get more content.

You Gotta love when someone whos only accessed this comunity for two weeks Has the nerve to say what you just did. To be kind I will Say RE-THINK WHAT YOU SAY BEFORE YOU INSULT THOSE OF US THAT WERE RANGERS WHEN SOME OF OUR ABILITIES WERE USEFULL. When there when no mounts and no speeders it was useful to have a fast ground running speed now it means nothing. when camo worked against npcs and helped groups travel on foot without having argos on them it was worth having. when you needed a tent to heal in the feild we had a purpose. And best of all when we were promised a long list of Improvement that we were suposed to get within a few months of AUGUST this was a good class. the complants you here are from people that have been rangers a while not the flavor of the week JAs out there that run to whatever classes Seem Uber that week.
